You've done greate progess in 6 months- but I'm sure having a pole at home helps a lot as well. I'm 17 and I would like to learn pole dance, and have my own pole. No, my dream isn't to be a stripper. I like dance, and I love the art of pole art. I'm wanting to learn a new sport after gymnastic :)

I follow you on tulmbr, not sure how to post on there yet, the best thing for your aerial inverts is to hang into a pencil position, tuck your body around the pole, then turn your hips and tuck up the opposite way. This is amazing conditioning for your core, in doing this you should be able to pull up and over with ease. This is the way I teach my students in class.. It seems to come quick to most :)
